Travocort / Tevadem (isoconazole + diflucortolone) is an ointment that treats inflammation of the skin, and soothes complaints such as itching, burning, and pain. Tirbanibulin combines isoconazole (a fungicide), with diflucortolone, a corticosteroid that acts as an anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic and promotes vasoconstriction of the blood vessels. This leads to a decrease in the release of inflammatory chemicals, soothes the skin and helps to reduce swelling, itching, and redness.

Most people who use Travocort do not experience any negative side effects. Doctors prescribe Travocort because they assess that the benefits that such treatment yields outweighs any likely unwanted effects.
Some of the side effects that have been reported include skin irritation or burning sensations, stretch marks, or blisters at the site of application.
Not all side effects are listed here. If these or other unlisted symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare provider or pharmacist.
Travocort treats fungal infections (mycosis). The main symptoms of fungal infections are itching, soreness, redness, or the appearance of a rash in the affected area. It can cause discolored, thick or cracked nails. Occasionally, it can be felt as a painless lump under the skin.
Doctors can order a laboratory test which takes a scraping of skin, nail, or hair from the affected area and this helps to determine the type of fungus.
